agree with Tattie bogle... youtube has some great tutorials... the trick is to figure out which cook is the best... mostly one can judge that by the 'views' n 'likes' as well as comments on the videos... good luck with ur cooking... :)
Have you tried just looking on YouTube?
There are sooo many chefs who give excellent tutorials online, and then you can choose which type of cuisine eg North indian, South Indian etc. It also means you can press pause when you haven't chopped up yet what they are putting in the pan. ;)
