Find a pic you like, save as jpg. Resize it to 75 by 65 pixels. You can do this online here

Then go to EW main page and click 'your profile'
Click on 'select avatar' and then 'self upload'
Attach your pic.
Put in the captcha code at the bottom of page
It'll be working when approved by Admin
