Air conditioner unit- coil clean and maintenance for mould smell- who to use? Howdra?

Our air cons are smelling again and it is due to mould in the pan that collects the condensation in tray. We need to have someone who opens the unit, cleans it and puts in the antibacterial pan tablets.
We have had Saniservice in the past but they just clean ducts and don't do much with the actual unit. Howdra says it does online, but no one is answering, not sure if they are in business or any good.
Any advice? TIA.
