Hello, we have a very spacious 5 bedorom villa that we are vacating end of March.
THE LL has raised our rent a lot the past year, and will continue raise it, until it reaches the market value. ( We were paying a very good price when we first moved here.)
Anyway, we are looking for a small 3-4 bedroom home in Jumeirah. Something small and cozy, I only have 2 children and don't need extra space or a large staircase.
If any of you ladies know anyone who is leaving their villa please let me know!!!
