yes it seems it s a big mess, they don't respect timing.... , too bad, as you said they do a good job. I already asked to go to the warehouse but they did not want... , will put pressure as I need to find them. thanks
nope, I have used them numerous times in the years and I finally said enough… their work is actually good but they lose things, lose orders, never on time blah blah. I would suggest that you go to their factory and help look for your cushions yourself.
did you have similar issue ??? it seems a big mess in their warehouse. I gave a sofa to cover but they lost 4 cushions that they can not find... it s good brand and hopefully they will find them....
