Hi all,
We have just bought a home, but we were sold our place based on the fact that the tenant would be vacating and we could move in this March, the tenant will not be leaving until end of November and we now need to find a home (long boring and nasty story)
If anyone needs to rent their place out for a period shorter than a year, my husband and I would very much like to chat further.
