I second the fact that there are loads of videos online. Start with simple recipes like chicken shorba, karahi etc and then progress to more difficult dishes. Also if u describe exactly what you want to learn people on here can help.

There are alot of facebook pages where they post pictures of dishes along with the recipe...very helpful and easy since you can always ask questions if you need to clarify something. Join and Fauzia's Kitchen Fun on facebook , she explains everything step by step. hth

I can help depending on what you need.?also go to www.zaiqa.com and you will find hundreds of recipes uploaded on YouTube!! Very easy as you can watch exactly what you need to do!!

What do you already know how to make? I have a basic list of dishes that I learned from my Memon grandmother. I've added to that list by buying Madhur Jaffrey cookbooks and practicing her recipes. I'm not married to a Pakistani so I don't cook Pakistani food regularly.
