Hi - I know that NBAD are aggressively looking for Brits right now - CEO has come from an international banking background and has made it clear that they need to diversify the existing staff more towards developed markets experience. I know of 3 people who have recently been recruited from the UK.
Based on the fact that your DH is a qualified CA, who is already based in the UAE, with the right passport, I think he has a reasonable chance of at least getting an interview. In all likelihood, this would be based in Abu Dhabi where the Finance function sits and also all the main HQ functions.
I'd search their vacancies online and also they are have a tie-in with Robert Half so worth giving their Banking & Finance consultants a shout to see if they can get you an in.
