Groupon customer service - good experience?
I need to cancel a deal I bought on groupon yesterday. Any suggestions on how to do this? I haven't redeemed the voucher yet. There is no contact number on their website. Really annoyed. I submitted an online help ticket and received the default reply email. Is it realistic to expect a response from groupon's customer care team within the 7 day period?
