Anyone have any experiences with them? im just in the process of finalizing payment and it's taken over 10 days for them to generate a simple invoice. This does not seem very promising and is making me wonder if this may be the start of a very frustrating year with them. The coverage limits are very appealing however I'm now questioning whether or not we'll be satisfied with Aviva.
