Hi ,
I lost my licence a while back . You do not need a police report or a letter from your sponsor . You just go to the traffic department and report it . You pay 400 QR and they issue you a new one . Your details will be on the system ( lets hope you didnt lose your ID too ) . The expiration date remains the same as the old one .

Weird question I know, but let's assume you lose your drivers license.
I know that you'll need a police report to get a new one, and perhaps again a letter from your sponsor.
But, could someone tell me that if you lose your license, does the expiration date of the new license remain the same as the old one? or is it extended another 5 years from the date of reissue?
