Did you get the property through him or an agent? If through an agent, you can contact them. Otherwise call another agent like Betterhomes and ask their advice. You could also try calling RERA. Very irresponsible LL. Do you have the LL's email? You could try emailing the LL and telling him you are leaving on whichever date - at least you have documented it. I would guess RERA would advise best. Good luck

I was wondering if anyone could let me know what my next steps are! I may have to vacate my property earlier than my 1 year contract and I'm desperately trying to get hold of my Landlord, but his phone seems to be dead and he doesn't live in Dubai. I don't have any other form of contacting him.
What should I do?
