Hi all, my father in law is visiting shortly and he's just started using a mobility scooter - this is the first time he's visiting with his scooter, are they accepted in the malls and shops, anyone had any experiences/negative experiences - our normal stomping ground is Dubai Mall and Mirdiff City Centre. Can you share?
does he have a blue badge? if so you can get a temporary one issued.
DS has a mobility scooter and uses it regularly to go to the mall. No problems in any of the malls or shops. The only issue is getting people to move out of the way as most just stand and block the corridors! Otherwise he is happy zipping around....
