Hi
Please excuse me if this is a stupid question.......I have been in the UAE for 3 weeks and haven't got mine, or my kids residency visa yet (a long story!).
Can we get an Emirates ID card without the visa?
Also can you please let me know the quickest way to go on a visa run.....we are off to Oman for the weekend and suspect it won't be just the once.
