My mother booked at this new centre in front of kings school, i guess it's called Bizrah Day surgery medical centre, they give free consultations because of the opening, and as i recall they gave her advance appointment cause the doctor is currently away.

Hi I went this morning and he wouldn't do them. He said if he did because of where my cheek muscles are and the fact I have only one herniated fat pocket ( didn't really understand till he drew them for me) then he said it will Puff the under eye area out which is what a filler does and they will look worse. I'm going to have a course of radio frequency which is cheaper and he showed me the before and after pictures of that and the results are very good. I like that he is honest and won't do procedures for the sake of it. I had some Botox as I hadn't had it done for over a year and some juvyderm beside my nose and my skin looks better already. I didn't like the idea it could go lumpy under the eye and he said it tends to go that way after 4-5 days. Hope this helps Hi Sarahlou123 Have you started the RF treatments yet? Would love to hear about your experience/results. I have made an appointment with dr Rezai to discuss tear troughs. Don't know what he will suggest for me :-) RF sounds better to me than needles - but I will go with whatever is most suitable for my case. Have a great day!

Have a great day:) My fat pockets aren't visible at all they aren't someone you can see on the surface if that makes sense. Dark shadows are the skin thinning and the droopy hollow part is the herniation of the fat pockets Mine look very hollow but he said they aren't ( If that makes sense) what I didn't know was that if you fill the hollow it can actually make the area puff out and look swollen as fillers plump up the area He will be able to explain it better

HI looking for recommendations for a good tested and tried specialist that can offer offer and administer age specific skin related treatments ie Botoxs, fillers etc Just had filers with Dr Fiona at dr nicolas on marina walk...love, love the results and she is very good. I had the restylene lite in many area to lift my face and I feel so good after having it and she wasnt too expensive either Did you do restylane in your tear troughs too? And do you mind telling how much you paid? Dr rezai is doing mine at the end of the month it is 1500 for 0.5ml or 2200 for 1ml which most people need. Unfortunately DR Khan who I normally use charges 3200 Will this be your first time to try the tear troughs? If you had it done before with Dr. Rezai could you kindly give me some feedback. It is my first time yes. I need to have a long chat with him first as I have read reports that it can be a little lumpy on certain patients and I don't want that. He is a superb surgeon whom I have used before. I shall let you know how I get on Thank you! I hope you get an excellent result. I really want to try this procedure but am a little nervous of the outcome. Look forward to hearing your feedback.

Has anyone heard or tried of the botox in a bottle? Quite inexpensive compared to what doctors are offering. And instant results too. ;) Do you mean a skin cream that you can buy over the counter? I have never heard of it How is it applied to the skin as botox is primarily given by injections. I have just read up about it as it was on GMTV. I believe it does say when you wash your face it stops working. They liken it to polyfiller as apparently it fills the cracks ( or should I say wrinkles) therefore isn't a permanent 6 months thing like Botox is
