Tenancy contract - Landlord taking advantage

Hello, friends....
Need advice/suggestions.
The landlord's team is harrasing us by not giving us the new tenancy contract. We have been writing to them for the last 2 months, but to no avail. The landlords team is very rude and have informed us for increase, which we do no agree.
As per the RERA rule in Dubai the landlord is supposed to give us 90 days notice in advance for rent increase, which he has not done and on top of that last year, he made us sign the tenancy contract as non-renewable which is illegal.
