Have you ever been charged for a SALIK trip you dint take!!?? How and where to complain? Do they give back the money?
Also, did it ever happen that you crossed SALIK and did not realise that there is no credit in your account and you did not get sms alerts for many days??
Did you know that if we do not get sms alert that we are out of credit and crossed a toll and later find out that we have been fined daily AED 50/- , it is not their fault coz it is our responsibilty to check our account! :(
I came to know this, the past week. :cry:
