I'm already on quite a full package with OSN, which also includes BBC Entertainment, Lifestyle, ITV Choice etc etc, so I am puzzled as to why Sky News has disappeared.

Some of our channels disappeared a while ago. Is it possible they may have been altering their channel packages to try and get people to upgrade to a more expensive package? I upgarded to include OSN and some of the missing channels returned.

Our Sky News has also disappeared and is not even showing in the listings anymore. We're also with Du, have rebooted and no joy. Not noticed any other channels disappearing though. Can anyone shed any light on why Sky may have? :-(
