Hi Ladies,,I'm new to the whole maid thing, recently hired a full time live out nanny (paying 3.300 pmth. Her birthday is coming up soon and I have no idea what would be an average amount to give as a birthday gift (she's just been with us 4 months but we are very happy with her). Do most people give cash, what would you think is appropriate.
Is it just Christmas people normally give a bonus too, would it be as much as one month salary or is that too much?
Also, does everyone increase salary annually - what would it go up by, would 100-150 per month be enough?
