We are quite used to the medical system here in dubai, but with a possible move to Adelaide, was wondering how does the Medicare system works in Australia? Do you get prompt treatment? Or are you treated rubbish unless you have a private medical insurance?
One of our friends are having quite a nightmarish time in New Zealand (Auckland) after a recent miscarriage so we are quite anxious to know how things are in Australia? Particularly adelaide for maternity, dental and peadiatric things.
