I used M&S sports for my 5 and 3 year olds for a couple of weeks this summer. Was really pleased with my childrens' progress. Will be continuing with term-time lessons after school at Safa Private school. Both mine will be attending Safa Private so handy for us but they also do 3 (I think) other sites.

I never tried them for tennis, that really is an overbooked class, not so good. The swim lessons in my neighbourhood are quite good thou.

http://www.activeuae.com/swimming/ They have lessons for children in several areas in dubai. Just choose the location that's closest to you. Active uae offer classes in my community and they are awful. They keep stuffing classes with children. There is no max number!!! We once walked in for our first tennis lesson to find 8 children in a 45 min lesson!!! And similar situation in their swimming at repton. Steer clear!
