Get another quote - try Joseph 0526385465 - he has just finished my friends villa and it was around 6,000 dhs. Do a search of his name on here - he has a good reputation, lots of expats use him. He made some curtains for me last year and they were really well made.

Just go to Ikea or Dragon Mart or look in sales for ready mades. I think you can do it for far far less.

hmm... I told him it's way above our budget. He modified it and got back to us with 7600dhs and all blackout curtains! UGHHH:confused: The last price sounds really good! I paid 2,000 dhs for two pairs of curtains for the living room with lining.

depends on the type and quality of the fabrics - for what you describe, I don't think the price you quoted is extortionate to cover 3 bedrooms, a study, living room, dining room and kitchen. We paid slightly more for a similar set up

I just got a quote, and that's how much the guy wants. Is that the norm? I'm not even getting anything fancy, it doesn't require much fabric, mainly roller blinds. It's a Springs type 2M! so 3 bedrooms and a study and living, dining and kitchen How much should I expect to pay? I was thinking 6K/
