Hello there!:)
In a few months I'm going to open in Greece
my business of handmade jewelry and I'm planning to travel to Dubai. I want to try sell my creations there. In that case do i need to make a trade license? I dont want to open a business there. But just if a shop is interested, make a deal with them and then I will send them the jewelry from Greece.
Is that possible?Unfortunately the embassy of Emirates didn't have any information to give me.
I hope you can help me!:sun:

If you sell through a boutique like "sauce": http://shopatsauce.com/ or online marketplaces like Little Majlis: http://www.littlemajlis.com/category/random/132/jewellery then you dont need a trade license. If you were set up your own online stores website, or a shop, then you need a license. Thank you very much! Do you know maybe what's going on with the taxes there?Do i need to pay sth to the goverment of Dubai?

Yes you can put your designs on consignment with boutiques. They get a certain percentage ranging from from 25% to 50% Another option will be to attend fashion pop ups. Also a lot of handmade jewelers sell at RIPE market and ARTE. Hope this helps Thank you for your response! So i don't need a license in my case?I'm pretty happy for that! And in what case do i need a trade license?Only if i want to open there a business?
