Hi all, I have a trip planned to Australia when my baby will be 6/7 weeks old. I'm just questioning travelling w an infant this little in terms of vaccinations and their health being so fresh.. I know everyone's opinions are different but just after some food for thought/if a good idea.
TIA

second the motion on Vaccinations. I was also paranoid that I postponed the travel plans with DS some time after he completed his vaccine. For me, i didn't risk it.

I have taken a three hour flight with my first born when he was 6 weeks. To be honest it was quite stressful as I was worried about traveling without his 2 month vaccine especially since we we're going to see so many relatives, with a lot of chance of catching something. It did go well in the end we got back from a 2 week uneventful trip but I never did it again just for my own sanity. If you are someone who gets easily stressed then better to travel after vaccinating.
