I have seen rollerbladers at Kite Beach ( Jumeriah Beach Road) Sadly I have seen rollerbladers and cyclists ticketed by police at Kite Beach. They have an amazing long track but only for running, and a massive boardwalk that is only for walking.No bikes or rollerblades. What a wasted opportunity!

Not the beach but Barsha park allow. They have two separate trails - one for walking and running and one for cycling and roller blading etc
