they have the worst customer service you could ever imagine! it will take you decades to refund your money just in case you change your mind... better make sure with the terms and conditions as they are not visible during the deals/offers! It's a trap....
you cannot contact anyone for complains except for the general line for customer service and a general email (which is flooded as i assume as it is the only one!) which usually don't address your individual concerns... no call-backs or follow-up calls or emails....
It's just you who would get back to them all the time with no immediate action.....
Hi, I have never used it and wouldnt use it as it doesnt provide proper details until you make the payment.
I have read quite negative reviews and there are a lot of IFS and BUTS
I would Check everything before I pay for my dream vacation...
The packages are too good to be true....
