Is he aware if the recent restrictions in Jeddah? http://www.arabnews.com/featured/news/894391 Think of types of driving he might do, and hence integregity of 4WD needed (not all 4WD is equal on desert driving). Check he can get the title if it is imported - can't be transfered for a period of time post importation (3yrs???). There are cheeper SUV's than the Land Cruiser, but it is very popular.
