Which doctor should I take my toddler who is walking/stepping unevenly

My 15 (nearly 16) month old toddler walks unevenly (sorry, I don't even know how to call this) - in short and simple terms when she walks her right foot steps on with outward looking angle and left foot straight (sometimes slightly inward).
I took her to our pediatrician who said it was ok, and that she would grow out of it. Then another opinion said it requires some work (otherwise it might lead to problems with hips and potentially back problems too), mainly in a form of massages at home but not referred to any other specialists nor any specific names.
I am terrible at massaging and afraid to harm rather than help, so I want to take her to someone who could help professionally.

So, what kind of doctor can help us? Is it a chiropractor or physiotherapist or someone else? And can you recommend names too?
TIA

I would recommend dr marc Sinclair. We consulted him for our DS's uneven walking. Only problem is be is very hard to get first appointment for, as along with clinic at children's medical center (I think that's the name) he does go for treating children in war ravaged countries. ( last time we tried to book him he was due to leave shortly for Syria). We loved his friendly and warm attitude during the appointment and his advice proved excellent. Would highly recommend him for a second opinion.

Thanks, sheikhandbake, any names you could recommend? Did you consult with physiotherapist? It is actually funny - our pediatric doctor is Dr. Ahmed from FamilyFirst, who said my dd was ok. But I still do want to show her to someone who knows the specifics of muscle tones, balancing, walking, etc.

Kids First on Al Wasl can do an assessment for you - that's who I took my toddler to when I had concerns about her gross motor skills.
