Hi Ladies! my son will be 4 months soon.I have full time job and I am lucky to have my mom looking after my son while I am at work. We will be moving to bigger place in the next 2 weeks and I need nanny/maid full time to live with us and help my mom and eventually look after my son. Someone speaking English and clean. I never had maid before and I have no clue where to start! Please help!!! Where do I look for them? I what I should pay attention to? How soon I can trust her with my baby?
Any advice is helpful!
