Gap Year Issues!!!!!

My lovely daughter has came out to Dubai for a gap year, she has had a very tough time previous to this and was looking forward to getting a part time job and meeting new people when she got out here, however this hasn't happened.( No fault of her own, was misled) She is willing to do anything at the moment , however she loves animals and children, I don't know where to start in trying to help her get the house for a few hours of the day and a small part time job!!!
Any advice would be sincerely welcomed.
