Hi ladies,
Just saw this article in Gulf News today that UAE has 3 months maternity leave? First I'm hearing of it, is this a new law?

most companies are 45 days,however mediacom where my frined works are giving 6 months,andOMD where i work are 3months

It's a positive step in the right direction though, and I hope it's a change that's implemented UAE wide and across both sectors

Yes, I read that it is just in AbuDhabi and only applicable to 'Public'employees. Emiratis only. :(
