I think what is meant by stone ware cooking pots and pans is actually more cast iron - like Le Creuset range which probably does need some oil or fat usually for cooking. You can get it at the better kitchenware shops like those in MOE. It's expensive but I think there are cheaper similar brands available also but Le Creuset is known for quality and lasts a long time..

I am new to the kitchen :) and want to cook healthy (or at least I'm trying to)
I read about the stone cookware and how you can cook in it without using oil/butter/ghee while food does not stick to it too... Brilliant!
can someone please assist me with this, I wan to know

2. which brand you recommend and
3. price range for a descent and durable one
