Try Timberland in Ibn Battuta Mall, they have very good waterproof shoes and boots, I got a pair and use them every single time I'm in Europe over the winter, they are a life saver and they are non slip as well. They have jackets/gloves etc too. North Face is also brilliant, got very good windproof jackets from them that are great in rainy weather as well. If we are talking about freezing conditions Canada Goose is superb though pricey.
They all have stylish colours so you'll fit right in! Enjoy Paris!
