We are planning to move into sustainable city ( right next to ranches 2) . Even though we like Ranches 2 , we are more inclined towards sustainable city due to its modern facilities ... anybody got any thoughts , how is to live there , anybody got any good / bad experiences about sustainable city they can share .

I love it, but the location doesn't work for us, haven't heard anything from anyone living there. I think they have a sales office there as well and you can rent without the agent commission.

I visited it few times, and absolutely loved it!!! Unfortunately its too expensive for my family but I would love to live there if I could. Lots of cafes/ small retail shops are about to open, which will make it much more convenient to live in. and its so quite and modern, seriously a unique place for Dubai. I know someone who works there, let me know, if you are interested, i can share his details, and he can give you a better idea of the community Best of luck with the search :)
