I've been renewing my nanny's visa by myself for the last few years. I.e. I get the papers typed and take into immigration to wait to be processed. The process changed last year and now everything has to be scanned at typing centre. I handed in the documents to my local typing centre and they keep telling me documents have been submitted but not accepted yet. They keep dragging their heels in and telling me to wait. It's a typing centre that I have used before so it doesn't seem dodgy in that respect. It's been 4 weeks now so I'm wondering why they don't outright reject my application. Has anyone else waited this long to renew nanny visa?
