I think you are confusing this with membership of the golf club. What I assume the OP is referring to is the mandatory Country Club membership . As I said we live here and are owners . It is definitely AED 10000 per villa .

We live at JGE and the cost is AED 10000 per villa , it allows you membership for two adults , up to 3 children and 1 maid . Not sure iwhy the landlord has to pass on the cost to you. We are owner occupiers . I suppose it comes down to what you can negotiate . Hope that helps. It could be more in the region of 30,000 per family according to JGE website ? http://jumeirahgolfestates.com/club/membership/membershippackages Could be worth double checking directly, just in case !
