Is it legal for an organization to not allow their employees to take unpaid leave? Now I understand if they reject it but to completely take it away and make it not an option?? I can't find anything about it online. I checked labor law but it does not state anything. I do remember there is unpaid leave as per the labour law, however it varies from free zone company to a governmental or simi government company Check whom your company do follow please
