Hi,
I am moving to Dubai soon and looking for 1BHK apartments in Marina area. I checked out Princess tower and liked the space. However, confused with the chiller fee whether its included in rent or do I need to pay it separately or does it depend on the landlord and I need to negotiate? One of the agents told me that its not included but doesn't come in DEWA bill and has to be paid to maintenance separately (~150 aed monthly).
Anyone living there, please shed some light on this.
