I have been losing weight (which I cant afford to) recently due to stress I feel. There is little I can do about stress, so is there any other way I can gain back my weight or stop losing more? A workout and eating routine that can help? Any suggestions are welcome.. thanks

I suggest eat the right food, know what your body needs. Then try to work out, with of course, with your gym instructor so that s/he can assist you on how you will gain weight with good built. Fruits and vegetables are the most healthy foods that you can simply eat, which I'm pretty sure, can help you from staying healthy or gaining weight. But please avoid junk foods.

Hmm.. I dont suffer from bloating at least but yeah I guess I can get some check ups done i guess and will look into the detox treatments you have mentioned UmmSofia. In the meanwhile I am trying to eat as healthy as I can and to increase my intake in a balanced way. Thanks a lot all of you who took time to reply..

You guys have scared me.. I was not thinking a visit to the doc would be required for losing a few kgs, but was generally worried cause I was already underweight. @ Umm Sofia .. besides weight loss was there any other symptoms that prompted you to go for colonic hydrotherapy? Hi Sash24 - don't be afraid its always good to get a check-up and understand what's going. To answer your question yes - I had already had a major problem with the worst bloating for years and doctors could never understand why, despite having had all kinds of tests nobody ever gave me a conclusion as to what was going on. I would bloat up in an instant after eating certain random foods and it would be so painful, I felt as I were in labour, went to hospital in an ambulance quite a few times only told be told there is nothing wrong with me. Then one day I met a nurse who told me that she had colon hydrotherapy and felt amazing. Once she told me foods can get stuck for 30 + years in the intestine as had been her case, I went on a hunt to find a treatment locally..It was a life changer for me, I didn't bloat for many years after that one session but discovered other detox methods that have been very helpful to me since ie. Detox treatment from Organic Pharmacy - www.theorganicpharmacy.com/health-beauty/detox-kit/197 Islamic fasting Senna Leaf Tea and have discovered wet cupping (Hijama) although I didn't get around to this yet, has been highly recommended by family members. I agree with the lady above that having some tests as a good idea then you can plan the safest way to move forward safely. I hope everything goes well for you.

Hi Sash24, You might want to see a doctor or at least a nutrition specialist for some blood tests before you blame your weight loss on stress (an overactive thyroid, for example, can do the same thing). Hopefully all you'll need is some advice and a new eating program :-)

I will surely update you when he comes back. My friend wasn't gaining weight and found this amazing nutritionist last year. My friend is one happy gal now after she was able to be back to her normal weight. It was due to stress from work at that time. Will keep you posted in case.

Hi Sash24, I am sorry to hear about your weight loss, people sometimes don't realise how difficult it is to gain weight and can be so judgmental about it. I lost 18kg despite eating well and everyone who knew me and bumped into me couldn't conceal their shock, which made stress out even more and feel so ugly. Despite my own efforts to gain weight, it was only when I started seeing my sternum and collar bones really sticking out that I panicked and went to see nutritionist Dr. Nathalie at www.right-bite.com and started on their meal plan. She advised me to eat less more often (5 times per day) and do work with weights. Just before starting on her diet, I went for colonic hydrotherapy at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre www.dubaihtc.com and the doctor there was shocked at the condition of my colon, said I was the worst case she had seen in her whole career. I think this was a really really crucial step because I wasn't getting the essential nutrients I needed from all the 'clogging' in the intestine. Highly recommend these two. Best of luck

I suggest you join a fitness program which will help you to carry out your exercises and by going to a new place you will feel fresh.
