Since I got here in Dubai, I noticed that my skin becomes more dry, and got a lot of blemishes on my face and some parts of my body. I have been applying just a regular moisturizing cream and I think it's not getting any better. I was thinking to check with a specialist. Any dermatologist that you can recommend?
Thanks!

Thanks annanimis and pinky13 for all your suggestions, i appreciate it. I actually had an appointment with Dr. Rustom yesterday, and surprisingly he is very soft spoken and calm. At first i could not understand him, but eventually he explained it to me in a way that i could understand, and also showing me how to properly apply the creams. I will have to comeback again for a follow up and let's see if it works. bye:

Hi goblin, for a dermatologist I would surely recommend dr. Jyotish George at the prime medical centre in jumeirah 1. He's a very experienced n good dr. N as clessani1 suggested, installing a shower filter would b a good idea....hope u find a solution...take care

I saw Dr. Thomas Berger at Healthbay and he was really good. Most dermatologists in Dubai tend to be very cosmetic-oriented but he was practical and realistic about my issues and understood that I wasn't looking for perfection or celebrity-like skin! Good luck!

Go to Dermalogica and get your face mapped, the climate and water are harsh here so you will need to change your usual cleaning routine

Hello Goblin, I hope someone can recommend one here who's worth the try. I am looking for someone as well. I don't know if it's because of my diet but I am having dry skin and pimples as well which is really not pleasing at all. If you come across one good Dermatologist, let me know as well.
