Do we need to get children's birth certificates attested, before moving to UAE from UK? We already have our education certificates attested. They will definitely need to be attested at some stage (assuming you are being sponsored by your husband). Its easier to get them attested while you are in the UK but timing and when they will be needed depends on how your visa is being processed by your husbands company. Assuming he is coming on a standard employment/residence visa you are best seeking advice from the PRO dealing with your husbands move as to when they need them. Some families enter on a visitor visa and then deal with the visa application once here, some its done prior to arrival. EDIT: Should also add that you will need marriage cert attested
