I work for a Saudi company but I am not actually based there, they have made several employees redundant after 7 years and unfortunately they are refusing to pay us end of service benefits even though our salaries are paid by this Saudi company. How do I pursue or file a case with the Saudi labour office if I do not live in Saudi Arabia or is it better to hire an affordable lawyer who would help me pursue this. Can anyone recommend what I should do or recommend a lawyer that would be able to help? TIA.
