Can't get Ejari.....help

Hi, we went to get an Ejari and they won't give as they say our tenancy contract is printed on an old form (it's the same one we've had for 6 years), they say there are now new forms. We only renewed in May so it's not that long ago.
Our POA is not answering any calls or messages for the last 2 months and we have no contact details for landlord so we are really stuck.....anyone have any advise on what to do? We need to get Ejari for visa purposes etc...
