We received a legal eviction notice of 12 month for the reason that LL sell the villa. We moved out and we discovered that house is again rented. Dubai style..
If anyone has experience dealing with Rental- Disputes Committee on this issue and could advice it would help. Its not free to login a complain (3.5% of the rent). LL is Egyptian and has lot of construction companies... So it can be a big fight with no result...
would appreciate if someone has win a case ?? thanks
I know of many people who won their cases however the compensation given was only the difference in the moving costs not a full years rent as people used to state
