Discovery Bay Pirates

Discovery Bay Pirates Rugby Football Club (DBPRFC) was founded in 2003 and held its first training session on Sunday 21 September that year. It has grown from 30 players on that first day in the Minis section (U6-U12) to almost 400 Minis and Colts/Youth (U14-U18) today. Of course the history of Pirates in Discovery Bay goes back to the 1600s (see Origins of Discovery Bay Pirates), but that's another story altogether.
