Thanks for that . I have looked at that document. Already, also anther or his colleagues had been terminated too on same day but he has not been asked to take his leave. Think I need to call the ministry and ask them for clarification

My DH has been put on 30 days notice, but his UK based employer now want him to take his remaining holiday as part of his 30 days notice. Can they enforce him to do so? TIA
