is it a recurring back pain ? Do you have a recent MRI you could show the doctor or physio ? Dr Msaddi at the neurospinal hospital (Jumeira Road - next to Chili's) is very good. He will not recommend surgery unless that is the only option. I did 3 months physio at the Othorsport Clinic on Jumeira Road for my sciatica. As it was getting worse, I consulted Dr Msaddi and he recommended surgery as the only option. At the time, I had never had an MRI done so the physio did not know the extent of the damage to my disc.Good luck.

I would go and see a physio, osteopath or chiropractor in the first instance before a surgeon. My personal preferencewould be a chiro.

Really depends what's causing the pain. Try the Neurospinal hospital, they're very good there and will look at everything.
