If you aren't familiar with these have a look online, they sell in uk for between £100 and £150. Just a thought! Hi Skiingfreak, Did you end up bringing those Lascal stair gates to Dubai and are they still for sale? txs edited by celines on 14/08/2012

Hi Mary, if Rumis isn't interested can you please send me the info on the gate you're selling. We also have a large gap (108cm) and it's difficult to find something sturdy to fit. My email is kaba underscore dubai at hotmail dot com Thanks!

How much is it for Mary Berry? I live in Arabian Ranches and looking for a stairgate...there is a wooden stair case at one end and a wall at the other...I was hoping to find one that is a pressure fix and not a wall fix...dont want to go around drilling into the woodwork!
please send me the details at mrushda at gmail dot com
thanks!

I have one that I am selling on behalf of a friend. She had to move out of her villa before it was ever used. It is an American 'Northstates supergate classic' which fits openings from 26 to 42 inches. It can be pressure mounted or hardware mounted as a swing gate. It was almost 200 dhs and is brand new. She would like 100 dhs for it. I am in AR but could possibly deliver elsewhere. Please post your contact details if you are interested.

We had ours made and are very happy with that decision - it is very sturdy, solid wood and fits the look of our villa and the stairs. There are some threads here about carpenters who make them.
