This is about the small flower kiosk at the Spinneys exit. Bought an Orchid plant 2 weeks ago and was clearly instructed to water it once a week with 1 cup water. I asked the guy 3 times whether he meant one whole cup of water, and he said yes.

Two weeks later, all the flowers have fallen off and no buds seem to be forming. I was passing them by yesterday so I thought I'd go in and check with them... there was a lady this time and she kept telling me that I wasn't supposed to water the plant, I was supposed to use a spray dispenser. Also, I had to give it half a cup and not 1 cup.

She kept implying that I must have misunderstood what the other guy said!! This is what I hate about the customer service in Dubai... Their motto being - The Customer is always wrong!! So frustrating.

So the next time you decide to get flowers from that store - DO NOT depend on their advice on how to's, just do your research.

They're never getting my business again anyway!
