So your bill may not be your actual consumption. Maybe this applies in your case. If you are charged a flat rate for cooling its probably be way more than your actual usage would incur. I am charged dhs1,200 flat rate for cooling regardless of whether I have in on or not. My actual consumption is dhs300! I want to say thank you for all your questions, answers , tips and good words. I haven't moved to Dubai yet but I already feel part of the community. A lot of unanswered questions twirl in my head right now, I do ask the forum and after a few answers the picture is clearer in my mind

We know quite a few people who moved their children from the famous R school to DESS and say that they are far happier and wished they had moved their children sooner.
